  • Eco Schools Green Flag Award

    Ballinderry Primary School has once again been awarded the prestigious Eco Schools N.I Green Flag Award. Well done to our fabulous Eco Council members and everyone in Ballinderry who has contributed throughout the year to help gain this award. It is recognition of all of the great environmental work that has be done.

  • Big Pedal Challenge 2021

    Thank you and well done to everyone involved in this year’s Big Pedal Challenge.

    Ballinderry P.S. had some great results:

    •             180th out of 644 large primary schools across the UK

    •             10th out of 42 large primary schools within NI

    •             2656 active journeys were recorded over the two-week period.

  • New Eco Code Competition

    Well done to Lydia Murray in P5/6 who has won the competition to design our new Eco Code. The Eco Council had a very hard job deciding on a winner but they loved how Lydia had incorporated Ballinderry into her design.

  • Anti Bullying Week 2020

    Anti Bullying Week has once again been a great success. Thank you to all of the children in Ballinderry Primary who took part in Odd Socks Day and a variety of class activities throughout the week. 
  • World Book Day

    Well done to all of the children who dressed up as a character from a book they have been reading. There were some fabulous outfits and it is great to see so many children excited about reading.
  • Number Day 2020

    To celebrate Number Day as part of 'We Love Maths Week', the children dressed up in something involving numbers and made a donation to charity.
