Year 4
Welcome to Year 4!
This term Year 4 will learn all about the 'Polar Regions'! We will find out about The Arctic and Antarctic and develop an understanding of how to locate places on a world map and globe. We will learn how to write a non- chronological report and research various topics through books, posters and the internet. We are going to be exploring lots of artistic techniques when creating polar themed artwork using chalks, paints and model magic!

The Sound Collector at School
After reading 'The Sound Collector' By Roger McGough each year group took an area of the school e.g. the playground, office, assembly hall etc. and wrote a verse. They enjoyed performing their verse to the rest of the class.
