School Council

Our School Council represents the views of all our pupils. It gives children the opportunity to make their voices heard and feel part of the whole school community.

UNCRC Article 12: Children have the right to say what they

think should happen and have their opinions taken into account.

In Ballinderry Primary School we encourage everyone to take part. Each class discusses things which matter to us and the decisions of our class councils are shared with the School Council.

The School Council is made up of two elected representatives from Year 4 - Year 7. The School Council members decide who will be the Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer of the Council.
