Maths Week
During Maths Week 'Pip the Garden Fairy' surprised us by leaving Numicon in our school garden. We enjoyed looking for it. We then had lots of fun playing with it and learning what number each plate represented.
This week we also used mathematical language associated with size and ordered leaves from smallest to largest.
Road Safety
Today was a busy day learning about road safety! The police were out giving speeding tickets, and we had to make huge signs to remind everyone to drive slowly.
A wonderful opportunity to develop our mark-making skills and work co-operatively.
