Outdoor Play!

This week the children created a 'Sequencing Frame' to help them learn the steps needed to take to get ready for outdoor play. Together we generated sentences to put under our pictures. We enjoyed removing the pictures, mixing them up and seeing if we could order them.

A 'Sequencing Frame' allows the children to learn a routine and develop their independence.  We used it to get ready to go and play in the rain. We loved it!

Jo Jingles

The children thoroughly enjoyed their Jo Jingles session today, learning all about transport through music, movement and play. Lots of smiles, singing and fun! 🎵🚗✈️🚂😊

Physical Development and Movement

We visited the hall for a physical development and movement session. The children focused on developing their spatial awareness, learning to move safely and confidently within a shared space. They then enjoyed a lively game of "The Sharks Are Coming!", which helped reinforce these skills through play. A fantastic session full of movement, learning and fun!
