We begin every topic by completing a 'Planning Board' with the children. They are full of great ideas!

Below you will see some of the fun we had during this first topic!

We tested materials to see which one would be best to build a strong wall for Humpty Dumpty.  Then we used teamwork to build a wall, using the materials we had available. Miss Brown tested them by rolling a ball against them to see if they would stay standing!

We have been exploring Jack and Jill. We used a First Aid kit to decide what Jack and Jill might need to help them to feel better. We decided they did not need glue, but they might need a teddy! We also investigated floating and sinking.

We found out some fun facts about spiders using Junior NewsDesk and then we made some of our own!
