Building Resilience Programme
Resilience is a key factor in protecting and promoting good mental health. This whole-school programme aims to look at ten different things that can help support children to develop resilience:

This whole-school programme aims to help children to function well, both at school and in life.
- It provides practical strategies and tools to help children cope with the ups and downs of life.
- It is embedded in the curriculum and in the general life of the school.
- It provides skills for life.
Each half-term we focus on one of Skipper's 10 Life Skills in our classes and in assembly.
